When I double-click the SVG, it won't open?

Sometimes files don't like to open this way. It is best to open the file through your software using the "File-Open" or "Upload Image" options.

 

Does HoopMama do custom designs?

At this time, I do not do any exlcusive/personalized designs. However, I do have a suggestion list that I work off of!

 

Some files are bundled sizes and some are not? Why is this?

When HoopMama first opened, all designs were separated by sizes. Eventually everything will be bundled. If you purchase one size, once the file is bundled, the other sizes will be available in your purchases!

 

I forgot my password and when I click the "forgot my password" link, I don't get an e-mail, what gives?

99% of the time there was an error in the email address when the account was created. For example, @hoopmamadsigns.com instead of @hoopmamadesigns.com. Send a message through the "contact us" and we can search it out for you!

 

How do I unzip a file?

Most computers automatically unzip. But if yours doesn't, usually right clicking on the compressed file you will see an option to "unzip" or "extract." Clicking this will unzip the file.

 

I have Silhouette Software, but I can't use the SVG?

In order to use SVG files with Silhouette Software, you will need Designer Edition software. However, you don't need it to use my files! Choose the DXF format instead! DXF does have a slower cut, but it does the job if you don't have Designer Edition.

 

I found a design I like, but it's only in embroidery and I need the cutting file.

I can't checkout? I'm so sorry you're having trouble with checking out. Unfortunately, this seems to be something that glitches with certain internet browsers. I have found the best luck with Firefox and also making sure to "accept cookies" when the website prompts.

When I double click the SVG from the folder, It brings up a blank internet explorer page?
One of the main things I've noticed when files aren't opening is because "double clicking" to open it is being used. The double clicking is actually an extra step and is not needed! You will need to unzip them and save them to a new folder, and open them through your software. If you just double click them it will try to open them in an Internet browser. When you open the folder and SEE the SVG, just DRAG AND DROP that file to wherever you were going to save it to if you had used double click to open. After you unzip and move to a folder ... go into silhouette, choose "file, open" and search for the folder and it will open from there. If you're using design space, you will follow all the same steps but do the "upload image" option and search for the file instead! 
 
I accidentally did a double purchase, can I get a refund? While refunds are not offered, I will definitely switch out the design for you! Just let me know what you would like instead and if you need the embroidery or cutting file.
 
What font did you use in this file? I'm so glad you like the fonts I choose for my designs! However, I do not provide the names of the fonts used.
